Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Data Entry Clerk for a Contract role in Mt. Laurel, NJ.
The ideal candidate would have 1+ years data entry experience and previous experience within a financial institution. This candidate would be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment. A strong candidate would have excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail.
Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk:
Will be responsible for entering information and data into databases
Will be entering customer information into logs
Opening, sorting, and distributing mail
Will be responsible for keeping track of incoming mail volumes through databases
Will be maintaining files and documents
Requirements of the Data Entry Clerk:
HS Diploma; required
1+ years clerical/administrative experience is required
Previous banking/mortgage/financial industry experience is a plus
Must have a strong attention to detail, be organized, and able to multi-task
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suites
Excellent communication skills are required
Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred
