Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Data Entry Clerk for a Contract in Lewiston, ME.
The ideal candidate should have 1-2+ years data entry experience and strong customer service experience. This candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office suites and computer savvy. A strong candidate would have previous office, administrative, or banking experience.
Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk:
Processing data entry using Excel spreadsheets
Creating packets using the databases and paperwork
Performing administrative tasks as needed
Entering information with accuracy
Escalating discrepancies to supervisor as needed
Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements of the Second Shift Call Center Representative:
HS Diploma is required
1-2+ years data entry experience is required
Previous administrative, office, or banking experience is strongly preferred
Must have attention to detail and be accurate
Must have excellent communication skills and strong customer service skills
