Data Entry Clerk

Lewiston, ME | Contract

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Data Entry Clerk for a Contract in Lewiston, ME.

The ideal candidate should have 1-2+ years data entry experience and strong customer service experience.  This candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office suites and computer savvy.  A strong candidate would have previous office, administrative, or banking experience.

Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk:

  • Processing data entry using Excel spreadsheets
  • Creating packets using the databases and paperwork
  • Performing administrative tasks as needed
  • Entering information with accuracy
  • Escalating discrepancies to supervisor as needed
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements of the Second Shift Call Center Representative:

  • HS Diploma is required
  • 1-2+ years data entry experience is required
  • Previous administrative, office, or banking experience is strongly preferred
  • Must have attention to detail and be accurate
  • Must have excellent communication skills and strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suites
  • Must be computer savvy
