Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
Answering high volume inbound calls
Transferring calls to appropriate locations.
Assisting wide range of customer inquiries and questions.
Exemplifying terrific customer service skills at all times.
Requirements of the Customer Service :
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of customer service and call center experience
Outstanding telephone personality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to effectively prioritize & execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Strong attention to detail & documentation skills
