Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for Second Shift Call Center Representatives for Contract to Hire in Mt. Laurel, NJ.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years retail or hospitality experience focusing on customer service. A strong candidate would have excellent communication skills and a customer service mind-set. This candidate must be able to work Monday through Thursday 2p-11, Friday 9a-9p (8hr shift), and Saturday 9a-6p.
Responsibilities of the Second Shift Call Center Representative:
Handle incoming calls in a high volume, fast paced environment
Route and transfer calls to the appropriate department
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with a high level of customer service
Provide customers with knowledge of the company and it's services
Assist with other duties as needed
Requirements of the Second Shift Call Center Representative:
HS Diploma is required
2+ years retail or hospitality experience is required
5+ years customer service experience
Must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
Must have a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a strong phone presence
