Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Customer Service Lead for a Temp-Hire position in Philadelphia, PA.

The ideal candidate should be an organized strong multi-tasker, who is self-motivated with great customer service skills. They should handle high stress situations with ease, and thrive in a busy environment. They should have a proven record of personal and professional achievement and able to master new technologies as needed. A strong candidate should have the ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a strong desire to help a business grow.

 

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous experience in a high call environment
  • strong communication skills
  • Flexibility in availability
  • Escalation experience
  • Able to delegate
  • Taking calls on Mondays
  • Little teams of 5-6 reps that they monitor
  • Outgoing personality
  • Personable- will be walking the floor and interact with 52 call center reps
  • Outspoken
  • Able to coach, help and point out mistakes to other reps and assist  them in developing their skills
