Customer Service Associate

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting Customer Service Associates for Contract to Hire positions in Langhorne, PA.

The ideal candidate should be an organized strong multi-tasker, who is self-motivated with great customer service skills. A strong candidate should have the ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and an ardent desire to help a business grow.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:

  • Performs assigned duties in conformance to established policies and procedures.
  • Monitors efficiency of ELD and works to resolve technical difficulties.
  • Audit log reports.
  • Counsel drivers with violations on HOS and administer any corrective action needed.
  • Assist Roadside & Citation Analyst in counseling drivers with HOS violations identified on roadside inspections.
  • Provide HOS training to new drivers entering GWTM system of operating companies.
  • Identify those drivers who need to be retrained in hours of service regulations.
  • Track performance of retrained drivers to ensure compliance is being met.
  • Create and maintain files on drivers with serious and repetitive log violations.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets and graphs to track driver log compliance performance.
  • Additional other duties as may be assigned or needed.

  • Ability to analyze and consolidate data into concise, accurate reports in a format designed for ease of understanding.
  • Knowledge of personal computers with experience in databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with others.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in stressful situations
