Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting Customer Service Associates for Contract to Hire positions in Langhorne, PA.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:
Performs assigned duties in conformance to established policies and procedures.
Monitors efficiency of ELD and works to resolve technical difficulties.
Audit log reports.
Counsel drivers with violations on HOS and administer any corrective action needed.
Assist Roadside & Citation Analyst in counseling drivers with HOS violations identified on roadside inspections.
Provide HOS training to new drivers entering GWTM system of operating companies.
Identify those drivers who need to be retrained in hours of service regulations.
Track performance of retrained drivers to ensure compliance is being met.
Create and maintain files on drivers with serious and repetitive log violations.
Create and maintain spreadsheets and graphs to track driver log compliance performance.
Additional other duties as may be assigned or needed.

Knowledge of personal computers with experience in databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.
