Responsibilities of the Customer Service Agent (Call Center):
Enter phone orders quickly and accurately
Ensure that the employees shipping address and order type is correct
Check customer allowance balances and verify the information is correct
Handle catalog requests and send to the appropriate person
Assist customers in selecting appropriate merchandise
Work with team members well and communicate with them effectively
Process rush and same day order requests
Requirements of the Customer Service Agent (Call Center):
Excellent attention to detail
Customer service skills
Ability to learn quickly
HS Diploma completed
A minimum of 1-3 years' prior inbound customer service call center experience strongly preferred
