Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Customer Resolution Specialist for a Contract to Hire position in Trevose, PA.

 

Responsibilities of the Customer Resolution Specialist:

  • Delegate messages from the Customer Care voice mail box to applicable management team members
  • Handle incoming calls from customers
  • Work closely with management team to find solutions for customer's needs
  • Record documentation of all calls received
  • Send call documentation weekly to relevant team members
  • Investigate the solution status and record the status

 

Requirements of the Customer Resolution Specialist:

  •  High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and outstanding telephone personality
  •  Possess a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
