Contemporary Staffing is currently looking for a Customer Care Representative for a Direct Hire position in Cherry Hill, NJ.
Requirements of Customer Care Representative:
Looking for people with a MINIMUM of 1 year experience in Customer Service in a Call Center environment – could be a bank, financial institution – can come from a collections role or non-call center environment - NO RETAIL
Degree not necessary
This is the first Point of Contact when a customer calls in with a question regarding their loan; 90% Inbound-10% Outbound; soft reminders of payments, but NO collections
Hour of Customer Care Representative:
Call Center open from 8am – 7pm
Shifts: 8-5, 9-6, 10-7 OR 8:30-5:30, 9:30-6:30 *MUST BE FLEXIBLE – no guarantees or requests – Shifts determined AFTER 6 week training period
Must work every 4th Saturday; Comp Day off during the week with either Tues, Wed, or Thurs
Training Schedule – 6 weeks - Hours are 8-5
2 weeks classroom training
3-4 weeks shadowing, mentoring, transition to call center floor
