They will be working with the Risk and Compliance Group as well as some IT positions.
The Contract Recruiter is responsible for providing full life-cycle recruiting in partnership with hiring managers, HR, and senior management for open positions within the company.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partnering with hiring managers to identify, evaluate required duties and responsibilities, knowledge, hard and soft skills and abilities regarding job requirements.
Assisting hiring managers in creating job descriptions that identify the duties and responsibilities, education, experience, and knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully complete the job.
Partnering with hiring manager providing consultative and advisory recruiting strategy including market trends, candidate assessments, candidate challenges, time lines, interview schedules/conflicts, etc.
Posting positions on preapproved recruiting sites
Extensive experience finding candidates that are not on recruiting sites and are not actively looking
Providing continuous networking with internal and external sources to identify potential candidates.
Reviewing/analyzing resumes and/or applications, interviewing (via phone and/or one-on-one) candidates who meet requirements, scheduling candidates for interviews with hiring managers, and assisting hiring managers in selecting candidates for hire.
Consulting/advising hiring manager(s), Human Resources, and candidates regularly on the status of the open position.
Minimum 5 years’ experience recruiting for high level unique positions in Risk Management, Compliance and some IT
Previous experience in the Mortgage industry strongly preferred but not required
