Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting Contract Recruiters for Contract to Hire positions in Ambler, PA.

The Recruiter is at the forefront of the proactive recruiting and hiring of talent. The Recruiter will work to develop a pipeline of talent for current and future positions . This Recruiter will work with many our business units and recruit for all levels of positions within their assigned departments. This person will manage the entire recruiting life-cycle for their assigned positions from needs identification to on boarding.

Responsibilities of the Contract Recruiter:

  • Source and screen talent through passive and active sources including postings, social networking, Internet research, and cold calling;
  • Proactively research, explore, identify and utilize innovative sourcing strategies, tools and resources;
  • Build and manage relationships with the hiring managers within the Innovation Technology department;
  • Partner with the HR Business Partner on the hiring needs and strategies for the department; coordinating recruiting efforts to align with the overall business unit strategy;
  • Acts as a liaison with candidates and hiring managers in an effort to attract the best talent;
  • Communicate company values, culture and benefits to candidates and the market at large;
  • Ensure a positive, world class candidate experience;
  • Serve as an employment brand champion for the company in the marketplace.

Requirements of the Contract Recruiter:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Major in a related field preferred;
  • Minimum of two (2) years of specific experience in a corporate recruiting environment required, previous experience in agency recruiting (sourcing) helpful;
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) beneficial;
  • Possess a strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a larger team with a demonstrated flexible attitude;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills- must be confident and comfortable in speaking with internal and external team members as well as senior management;
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities;
  • Motivated to achieve personal and departmental goals.
