Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting Change Management Associate for Direct Hire positions in Ewing Township, NJ.

Responsibilities of the Change Management Associate:

  • Manage changes to client requests, e.g. statement of work (SOW), letter of direction, operational process or procedural changes.
  • Work directly with client and Business Development and Client Relations departments to understand and document the specifications and requirements of client requests; partner with SOW Manager to coordinate efforts from both areas.
  • Meet with all pertinent stakeholders, such as reporting, quality, IT areas, etc., to ensure appropriate review is done for all potential impacts.
  • Work with a variety of internal departments with regard to the change process:
    • Legal, Compliance and Risk departments for review and approval.
    • Pricing area to determine cost associated with change.
    • Accounting department to ensure client billing is in place, per specifications.
    • Service Performance team to ensure service level agreements (SLAs), controls, etc. are in place.
    • Quality team to ensure new processes and ongoing testing are in place.
  • Work with client, vendors and pricing/accounting/legal areas to ensure change is implemented and executed in accordance with client expectations.
  • Document, track and report all changes; work throughout Operations areas to ensure change management process is completed.
  • Ensure Risk, Business Development and Pricing teams have pertinent information for client profitability.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements of the Change Management Associate:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years’ servicing and/or mortgage banking experience
  • Legal or paralegal experience preferred
  • Contract review experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships across business lines; and to collaborate and coordinate with various departments
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task
