Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for multiple Call Center Representatives for a Contract to Hire role in Greenville, SC.
The ideal candidate would have at least 1 years call center experience or 3 or more years experience in customer service. Customer service experience can include retail, hospitality, or food service. A strong candidate would have excellent communication skill and be extremely customer service oriented. This candidate should be comfortable working in a high volume, fast paced environment.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9a-9p Monday through Saturday.
Responsibilities of the Call Center Representative: • Receive a high volume of inbound calls and respond to the customer’s needs • Respond to telephone and written inquires regarding customer accounts • Will assist in resolving issues immediately • Processes customer’s email in a timely manner • Provide a high level of customer service to each customer • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements of the Call Center Representative: • HS Diploma; required • 1+ years call center experience is preferred • Bilingual; French/English or Spanish/English is preferred • 2+ years customer service experience is required • Retail, hospitality, or food service experience is preferred • Must have excellent communication skills • Must be customer service oriented • Must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
