Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for Second Shift Call Center Representatives for Contract to Hire in Mt. Laurel, NJ.
The ideal candidate should be extremely customer service oriented and have at least 2 years experience in a high volume, fast paced call center environment. This candidate should be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment and thrive in this type of environment. A strong candidate would be organized, able to multi-task, and have a strong sense of urgency. This candidate must be able to work Monday through Thursday 2p-11, Friday 9a-9p (8hr shift), and Saturday 9a-6p.
Responsibilities of the Second Shift Call Center Representative:
Handle incoming calls in a high volume, fast paced environment
Route and transfer calls to the appropriate department
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with a high level of customer service
Provide customers with knowledge of the company and it's services
Assist with other duties as needed
Requirements of the Second Shift Call Center Representative:
HS Diploma is required
2+ years call center experience is required
5+ years customer service experience
Must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
Must have a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a strong phone presence
