Knowledge in Insurance Industry and policy lifecycle from submissions to policy issuance
Familiar with insurance rating systems, ISO rating is preferred but not required
Proven ability to be flexible and work hard in a high pressure environment with changing priorities
Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
Ability to use a service desk process for logging, tracking, and resolving production items
Strong analytical skills, ability to problem solve, and anticipate problems based off previous experience
Keen attention to detail when analyzing and interpreting data/issues
Good understanding of relational databases, SQL queries, procedures, and scripts
Experienced in creating Form PDF documents using Adobe Professional
Ability to configure and support system based on requirement documentation
Willingness to learn new systems, software, and technologies
Available to travel to other sites when required
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; 3+ years of experience in Business Support or System Analyst role
Industry/Experience: Experience working in the Insurance or Property/Life Insurance industry is a BIG plus!
