Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Billing Assistant for a Temp to Hire positions in New Castle, DE.
We are looking for a reliable Billing Assistant to perform tasks that will help us monitor our revenues. You will be responsible for keeping track of money owed to us by customers, preparing invoices and updating records.
Responsibilities of Billing Assistant:
Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills.
Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies.
Report on activity to upper management.
Qualifications of Billing Assistant:
Must have at least 1 year of billing experience
Must be familiar with accounting terminology
Must be able to adapt to a flexible workplace
Good organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); Working knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Quick books) will be appreciated
