Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting Benefits Associates for Contract to Hire positions in Plymouth Meeting, PA.

  • Helps members locate providers, address errors on medical bills, answer questions regarding coverage denials and assist with insurance appeals.

Hours: 8am - 7pm

Responsibilities of the Benefits Associate:

  • Answer incoming calls/cases and respond to member benefit inquiries
  • Provide objective information to members about benefit options
  • Connect with members by phone and quickly develop a rapport to help the individual to navigate their benefit choices and options
  • Answer questions about exchange and individual plans which include reviewing plans options and costs with members
  • Review plan options for members considering individual health insurance plans and dropping COBRA continuation
  • Ensure policies and procedures are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the privacy of employee health information in compliance with federal and state laws such as the HIPAA and COBRA, Affordable Care Act, and other legislation.

Requirements of the Benefits Associate:

  • High School diploma
  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Licensed or experienced insurance background a plus
  • Exposure to Medical and Cobra a huge plus
