Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Administrative Assistant for a Contract opportunity with a client in Hammonton, NJ.
The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant with strong experience supporting a department. This candidate would have previous experience speaking with customers and vendors, as well as experience with claims and invoicing. This candidate would have excellent communication skills and a proven record of excellent service.
Shifts: Mon-Fri, 8-4:30p
Screen internal and external telephone callers to Insurance Dept
Input and retrieve data to/from internal databases and spreadsheets
Follow up on special projects and assignments, organize own work, set priorities and meet deadlines
Respond to internal/external customer inquiries regarding how to file internal insurance claim
Verify time sheet allocations for contractor damages claims and update database
Update claims databases with payment information
Type and proofread reports, letters and charts
Review all written communication for completeness, accuracy, grammar and format
Initiates or draft correspondence for appropriate signature
Enter monthly claims payments into departmental spreadsheets and databases
Code and enter invoices into A/P billing system
Assist with the monitoring of Contractor Damages and Deferred Account collection efforts
Communicate with A/P Dept to secure status of payment, as necessary
