Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a Contract role in Fayetteville, AR.
The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years administrative/office/clerical experience. This candidate would have excellent communication skills, a strong phone presence, and have strong computer skills. This candidate should be organized, able to multi-task, and be detail oriented. A strong candidate would be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
Maintain files, logs & logins
Write and prepare meeting minutes / agendas
Write letters, emails & correspondence on behalf of Project Managers
Daily weather reports
Fax, scanners, printers – use, maintain, fix and keep a stock of supplies
Maintain contacts in Outlook
Help keep the office clean and organized, stocked with supplies including food
Multiple other tasks as assigned
Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:
HS Diploma; required
2+ years administrative/office/clerical experience
Must be organized, able to multi-task, and be detail oriented
Must have strong customer service skills
Must be able to communicate effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office suites
Must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
