Administrative Assistant

Fayetteville, AR | Contract

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a Contract role in Fayetteville, AR.

The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years administrative/office/clerical experience.  This candidate would have excellent communication skills, a strong phone presence, and have strong computer skills.  This candidate should be organized, able to multi-task, and be detail oriented.  A strong candidate would be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Maintain files, logs & logins
  • Write and prepare meeting minutes / agendas
  • Write letters, emails & correspondence on behalf of Project Managers
  • Prepare spreadsheets
  • Daily weather reports
  • Fax, scanners, printers – use, maintain, fix and keep a stock of supplies
  • Maintain contacts in Outlook
  • Help keep the office clean and organized, stocked with supplies including food
  • Multiple other tasks as assigned

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:

  • HS Diploma; required
  • 2+ years administrative/office/clerical experience
  • Must be organized, able to multi-task, and be detail oriented
  • Must have strong customer service skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suites
  • Must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
