The ideal candidate should have previous administrative/clerical/office experience and have excellent interpersonal skills. This candidate should be able to answer phones, take messages, and respond to customer inquiries with ease while also maintaining office work. This candidate should be customer service oriented and have strong Microsoft Office experience.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
Support day to day tasks of the office
Importing and exporting of data and information
Answering phones, taking messages, and responding to customer inquiries
Responsible for ordering of office supplies and maintaining the office
