Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant (2nd shift) for a Contract to Hire role in Bridgeport, NJ.
The ideal candidate would have 2-3+ years administrative/clerical experience and previous experience supporting a senior level employee. A strong candidate would have supply management and inventory control experience, as well as strong writing and verbal communication skills.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5p-2a
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
Resolves administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of reports.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
Anticipating needed supplies
Placing and expediting orders for supplies
Verifying receipt of supplies.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects
