Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Accounts Payable/Receivable Coordinator for a Direct Hire role in Haddonfield, NJ.
The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years experience in the accounting industry, more specifically accounts payable and receivable. This candidate should have strong mathematical abilities and analytical skills. This candidate ideally would have experience in the transportation industry, however, the ability to adapt to a new industry is preferable. This candidate should be a strong multi-tasker, organized, and have a strong attention to detail. This candidate should have a proven record of personal and professional achievement. A strong candidate would be extremely tech savvy.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable/Receivable Coordinator:
Responsible for any and all invoices are billed to customers
Work with vendors to obtain documentation in a timely manner
Communicate with the vendors to ensure the paperwork matches the Proof of Delivery and Bill-of-Lading
Understanding of all customer requirements for billing
Work closely with the accounting department to ensure that the customer and carrier transaction is a smooth process from start to finish
Responsible that all valid invoices are paid on-time
Audit bills to ensure that the charges made are accurate
Respond to incoming phone calls and emails regarding customer invoicing
Perform other duties as assigned
