The ideal candidate would have 1+ years accounting experience and previous experience within a financial institution. This candidate would be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment. A strong candidate would have excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail.
Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk:
Classify, record, and summarize financial data to keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers.
Calculate, prepare, and issue bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements
Debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases
